Create fun and educational experiences for children and teenagers aboard our family-friendly cruise ships. You'll design activities, supervise play areas, and ensure young guests have an amazing vacation. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities for children and teens • Supervise kids' clubs and teen lounges • Organize educational programs and themed events • Ensure child safety and follow all youth program protocols • Communicate with parents about their children's activities • Assist with special events like character meet-and-greets Work Environment: • Dedicated youth facilities with games, toys, and activities • Work with children from diverse cultural backgrounds • Collaborative team environment with other youth staff • Opportunity to make a positive impact on young guests' experiences

• Degree in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred • Previous experience working with children in camps, schools, or recreation • CPR and First Aid certification required • Excellent communication skills with children and parents • Creative and energetic personality • Ability to manage groups of children safely • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends • Valid passport and enhanced background check • STCW Basic Safety Training certificate required
