Guest Relations
Manage our shore excursion program and help guests discover amazing destinations around the world. You'll coordinate with local tour operators, ensure guest safety, and create memorable land-based experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate shore excursion operations and logistics • Work with local tour operators and suppliers • Ensure guest safety during all shore activities • Handle excursion sales and guest inquiries • Manage excursion staff and tour guides • Resolve issues and emergencies during tours • Maintain relationships with port agents • Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback This role combines travel, customer service, and operations management while allowing you to explore destinations and share your passion for travel with guests.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field • Minimum 3 years experience in tour operations or travel industry • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Knowledge of international destinations and cultures • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly • STCW Basic Safety Training • Multiple language skills preferred • Previous cruise or tour operator experience preferred
