About The Role

Oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple dining venues and bars. You'll manage large teams, control costs, and ensure exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management • Minimum 5 years experience in F&B management • Previous cruise ship or high-volume restaurant experience • Strong financial and analytical skills • Excellent leadership and communication abilities • Knowledge of wine and beverage operations • STCW Basic Safety Training and food safety certifications • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management • Ability to work long hours in demanding environment
