Oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple dining venues aboard our cruise ships. You'll ensure exceptional dining experiences while managing costs and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple restaurants, bars, and room service operations • Supervise food and beverage staff across all venues • Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste management • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Coordinate special dining events and wine tastings • Maintain guest satisfaction scores for all F&B outlets Work Environment: • Diverse dining venues from casual to fine dining • Fast-paced, high-volume food service environment • International team with varied culinary backgrounds • Opportunity to work with premium ingredients and wines
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field • Minimum 7 years experience in food and beverage management • Previous cruise ship or large hotel experience preferred • Strong leadership and financial management skills • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work long hours in demanding environment • Valid passport and medical certificate for sea service • STCW Basic Safety Training certificate required
