As Electronics Reliability Engineer, you will analyze and improve the reliability of electronic systems throughout the ship. You'll conduct failure analyses, implement preventive measures, develop reliability standards, and monitor system performance. You'll also analyze maintenance data, recommend design improvements, implement condition monitoring, and develop reliability testing procedures. You'll work across multiple departments to enhance the dependability of all electronic equipment and systems.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field. Reliability certification (CRE or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in electronics reliability or maintenance. Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies. Experience with failure analysis and root cause determination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance. Ability to analyze technical data and identify trends. Experience with maritime electronics preferred.
