As Electronics Workshop Supervisor, you will manage the ship's electronics repair facility and coordinate technical activities. You'll organize workshop operations, supervise repair technicians, maintain test equipment, and ensure quality standards. You'll also manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with vendors, implement repair procedures, and provide technical guidance to staff. You'll work closely with department heads to prioritize repair activities and maintain electronic equipment throughout the vessel.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance. Strong knowledge of various electronic systems and repair techniques. Experience with workshop management and inventory control. Leadership abilities and team supervision skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. Experience with maritime electronics preferred. STCW certification and basic safety training.
