Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. Professional certification in maritime electronics. Minimum 8+ years of experience with marine electronics, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of navigation systems, radar, satellite communications, and entertainment technology. Strong leadership and project management skills. Problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. STCW certification and relevant maritime qualifications. Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
