As a Café Barista, you will prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, teas, and light café items in our onboard coffee venues. You'll craft espresso-based drinks according to recipes, operate and maintain espresso machines, serve pastries and snacks, process payments, and maintain cleanliness in the café area. You'll also develop knowledge of coffee origins and preparation methods to engage with guests and make recommendations.

Previous barista experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of espresso preparation techniques and coffee fundamentals. Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines. Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling. Attention to detail and quality presentation. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts in a 7-day operation.
