As a Room Service Attendant, you will deliver food and beverages to guest cabins, providing prompt, courteous service. You'll take orders by phone, prepare trays with appropriate settings, deliver items to cabins, set up dining experiences in-room when requested, and process billing. You'll also maintain knowledge of menu offerings, handle special requests, and ensure quality presentation of all delivered items.

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance. Knowledge of food handling and presentation. Physical stamina to carry trays and navigate ship corridors and stairs. Attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication skills and friendly demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation.
