You'll also establish workflow processes, monitor productivity metrics, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for laundry operations.

Minimum 5 years of commercial laundry experience with at least 2 years in a management role. Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment, chemicals, and processes. Experience with inventory management and supply ordering. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations for laundry operations. Ability to work in hot, humid conditions and manage a physically demanding department. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
