As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee a team of cabin stewards and public area attendants to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the ship. You'll conduct quality inspections, manage staff scheduling, train new team members, and ensure proper inventory of cleaning supplies. You'll also address guest concerns related to housekeeping, coordinate with maintenance for repairs, and implement efficiency improvements in cleaning procedures.

Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or cruise industry. High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Attention to detail and quality control expertise. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to manage inventory and supply ordering. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
