As a Concierge on our luxury cruise ships, you will provide personalized assistance to guests, particularly our VIP clientele. You'll handle special requests, arrange shore excursions, make dining reservations, organize private events, and provide detailed information about ports of call. You'll anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and coordinate with various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout their voyage.

Minimum 3 years of concierge or guest relations experience in luxury hospitality. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred. Extensive knowledge of tourism, dining, and entertainment offerings. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours and maintain composure under pressure.
