As Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee our reception team and manage all check-in/check-out processes to ensure a seamless guest experience. You'll train and mentor front desk staff, resolve complex guest issues, manage daily cash handling procedures, and coordinate with other departments to address guest needs. You'll also assist with scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or cruise industry. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred. Proven supervisory experience and ability to train staff. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
