Hotel Operations
As Assistant Hotel Director, you will support the Hotel Director in overseeing daily hospitality operations across our luxury cruise ships. You'll help manage department heads, assist with budget planning, coordinate staff scheduling, and ensure service excellence throughout all guest-facing departments. You'll also be responsible for handling guest escalations and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality or cruise industry with at least 3 years in a management role. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with hospitality management software systems.
