As Hotel Director, you will oversee all hospitality services onboard our luxury cruise ships. You'll be responsible for managing all hotel departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and entertainment to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You'll coordinate with department heads, manage budgets, and implement service standards that align with our company's vision of luxury cruise experiences.

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hotel or cruise ship management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required, Master's preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing large teams and multiple departments simultaneously. Knowledge of international hospitality standards and regulations.
