Create magical experiences for young cruisers as a Youth Counselor in our kids' club programs. You'll design age-appropriate activities, ensure child safety, and help families create unforgettable vacation memories. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute daily activities for children ages 3-17 • Supervise children during club hours and special events • Organize educational and recreational programs • Ensure child safety and security at all times • Communicate with parents about daily activities • Maintain clean and safe play environments • Coordinate with entertainment team for family shows • Handle behavioral issues with patience and professionalism This role is perfect for individuals passionate about working with children and creating positive impacts on family vacations.

• Degree in Education, Child Development, or related field • Minimum 2 years experience working with children • CPR and First Aid certification • Background check and child protection clearance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative and energetic personality • STCW Basic Safety Training • Swimming ability required • Previous camp or childcare experience preferred
