Help guests discover amazing destinations by coordinating and promoting shore excursions. You'll work with local tour operators and ensure guests have unforgettable experiences at each port of call. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate shore excursion bookings and logistics • Provide destination information and tour recommendations • Liaise with local tour operators and guides • Handle excursion-related guest inquiries and issues • Promote excursions through presentations and sales activities • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during port visits Work Environment: • Work both onboard and occasionally in port destinations • Interaction with guests planning their port activities • Collaboration with local tourism partners • Opportunity to learn about diverse destinations and cultures

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred • Previous experience in travel, tourism, or guest services • Excellent communication and sales skills • Knowledge of popular cruise destinations preferred • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings for port days • Multilingual abilities highly valued • Valid passport and ability to work internationally • STCW Basic Safety Training certificate required
