Job Summary The Chief Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality services, ensuring excellent customer experience, and managing operations efficiently. They lead teams, optimize service quality, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining operational profitability. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Develop and implement hospitality policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences. Supervise, train, and motivate hospitality staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service. Establish and maintain operational excellence across hospitality departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and event management. Guest Experience & Service Quality Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded. Monitor guest feedback and address complaints or service issues promptly. Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Operations & Financial Management Oversee budget planning, cost control, and revenue optimization. Monitor performance metrics such as occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal hospitality regulations. Marketing & Business Development Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance the organization’s hospitality offerings. Implement innovative hospitality trends to stay competitive in the market. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality management role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in customer service, budgeting, and hospitality technology. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements for Chief Hospitality Manager Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management is a plus. Relevant certifications such as Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) or Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) are preferred. Work Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior hospitality management role (e.g., General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar). Proven track record in hotel, resort, restaurant, event management, or corporate hospitality sectors. Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control within a hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of customer service standards, guest relations, and complaint resolution. Technical & Operational Skills Expertise in hospitality software (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM, reservation systems). Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations. Ability to analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to drive improvements. Leadership & Soft Skills Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Other Requirements Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Ability to travel if the role requires multi-location hospitality management. Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory, depending on location and clientele).
